Brief Background: Colleagues being promoted from peer to manager face unique challenges. They need to be prepared in order to be successful.

Project Goal: Communicate what the challenges going from peer-to-manager can bring, provide strategies and examples of how to develop positive leadership strategies, and set a foundation for managing conflict.

Primary Obstacles: This client, Mystery Enterprises, doesn’t actually exist. It’s my demo company, so I don’t have any SMEs to talk to. That means all the research, examples, and narratives will have to be done by me. Since it’s always good to have a second pair of eyes and collaboration when developing a course, the chance of small errors, typos, or poorly worded lessons increases.
